DNW-100*4 steel mesh welding machine

This steel mesh welding machine can be widely applicable in welding house pet cages and baskets,steel meshes,barbeque meshes

 

The welding machine has four independent microprocessor control system for respectively controlling four transformers and realize different current outputs on the same steel mesh. The controller has multiunit welding condition setup,the compulsory cooling system adopts two water pumps which make very part full cooled and bring their full welding utilization.Further more,the mode of welding adopts upper and lower cylinder double action of each independent welding electrode which makes the mesh more flat and can weld up to 16 spots.The magnetic valves are controlled by small switches and can be freely opened or closed or closed in pace with steel meshes.

 

The steel mesh welder also has warning functions of water pressure, gas pressure and silicon overheat. The input power adopts the mode of 3 phase input which makes the network voltage much balanced and steady. When the mesh grids are changing in the prescribed limit,the welding electrodes can be freely adjusted very fast and conveniently.
